Balance sheets and income statements will be put before the Annual General Meeting on 23 June 2010.
The Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer hereby certify that the Annual Report has been prepared in compliance with the Annual Accounts Act and RFR2 and that the Directors’ Report provides a true and fair view of the operations, financial position and result, and that it reports all significant risks and risk factors facing the Group. The Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer hereby certify that the consolidated annual accounts have been prepared in compliance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adopted by the EU, and that they give a true and fair view of the Group’s financial position, and that the Directors’ Report presents a true and fair view of the Group’s operations, financial position and describes the principal risks and uncertainties facing the Parent Company and the companies included in the Group.
