Stamps
STAMPS
Obducat offers stamps produced in its proprietary production line. These high-quality stamps have structures ranging from sub- 30 nm up to the micrometre-scale. Obducat’s EBR system for generating stamps is unique because of its rotation based technology, which enables high speed and robust pattern generation, with extreme solution. In order to guarantee contamination free stamps, the production is carried out in a Class 10 clean-room environment. The stamp materials used consist of silicon, nickel and quartz. Obducat’s proprietary stamp technology also includes anti-stick solutions for monolayer coating of stamps, making de-moulding easy and the stamp clean after each imprint. Obducat technology enables fewer process steps when producing nickel stamps, thus resulting in lower production costs. Stamps are consumables items used for replication in NIL machines.
